Who we are

Established in 2024 Innate Consulting was born out of the growing need for existing and new property owners that are looking to utilise their properties to maximise revenue through supported housing on a not for profit basis (CIO and CIC).

Our Expertise

With over 13 years experience in the supported housing industry, Innate consulting has expertise and success in :

Innate consulting has been successful in procuring regional government contracts on bids to tender for supported living services in kent.

Innate consulting has also successfully set up CIO and CIC’s such as the Kent Alpha project in Kent, which grew from one property to almost 30 successful supported housing and supported living projects in a 5 year timeframe.

We provide expertise on registered provider of specialist supported housing application process through RSH including codes of governance, business plans and board of trustee formation.

Expert guidance on understanding the process and regulatory RSH guidelines for the application process for current and intending providers of specialist supported housing application process.
